Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of one-to-one.shop (the “Site”) and any quotation or order placed through it.

1. Quotations (RFQ)

Submitting a Request for Quote does not create a binding contract. Quotations are offers valid for the period stated in the quote (default 7 days) and are subject to stock availability at time of acceptance.

2. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of payment (or agreed credit terms). Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude duties/taxes unless quoted DDP.

3. Product Information

Part parameters, datasheets and descriptions are provided for reference and are believed accurate but are not warranted beyond the manufacturer's own specifications. Always verify against the official manufacturer datasheet before design-in.

4. Intellectual Property

Manufacturer names, part numbers and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification (nominative use) only. Datasheets link to their owners' official documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes subject to the courts of Shenzhen.
