Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China, every business day.

Options

• Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days to most countries, full tracking. Default for samples and urgent production lines.
• Consolidated air freight: 7–12 days, cost-effective for medium volumes.
• Sea freight: 25–40 days, for large, non-urgent production orders.

Packing

All components are packed ESD-safe and, for moisture-sensitive devices, in moisture-barrier bags with desiccant and humidity indicator cards per J-STD-033. Cartons are photographed and the packing list is shared before dispatch.

Duties & taxes

Quotes can be issued EXW, FOB or DDP. For DDP shipments we pre-pay duties and taxes so you receive a single delivered price with no surprises at customs.
